What is Sales Growth?

Sales Growth is first and foremost an international support group for sales professionals and other business people that wish to help each other to improve their sales skills and broaden their network of business contacts. As a result of the respect and appreciation that comes from helping one another to become better sales people, Sales Growth members often receive many high quality referrals to sales prospects. It is important to note that Sales Growth members are not required to give referrals to other Sales Growth members.

Sales Growth holds many local meetings across the country. Members are free to attend any Sales Growth meeting as often as they want, and there is no minimum attendance requirement.

Meeting times and venues vary, but they generally are held in the early morning, at lunchtime, or just after work in public places such as restaurants and hotels. Sales Growth charges an annual membership fee that covers the cost of running and promoting the meetings and maintaining the online membership and meeting database. Additionally, there may be a nominal food cost which is paid directly to the facility that is hosting the meeting.

Each Sales Growth meeting is run by a meeting Facilitator, who is responsible for setting up each meeting, leading the discussion, and updating the attendance records. Each Facilitator is recruited and supervised by a Developer, who helps the Facilitator to promote and improve the quality of their meetings. There are no geographical "territories" for Facilitators or Developers - where and when they hold meetings is determined solely by who they know instead of where they live.
